1. Digital Products
All products sold on simonesews.com are digital PDF downloads. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the pattern to sew garments for personal use or for sale as finished goods.
2. No Refunds on Digital Downloads
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at hello@simonesews.com and we will resolve it promptly.
3. Intellectual Property
All patterns, instructions, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Simone Sews. You may not redistribute, resell, or share pattern files. You may not create and sell copies of the patterns themselves.
4. Permitted Use
You may use our patterns to sew and sell finished garments (physical items only). Credit to Simone Sews is appreciated but not required when selling finished garments.
5. Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure our patterns are accurate and well-graded. If you find an error, please contact us. We are not liable for fabric or materials costs resulting from pattern errors.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
